There is a possibility that a third party may have viewed customers’ personal information, and we have confirmed that some customers who made reservations through our site received messages redirecting them to phishing websites.

1. Incident details

On the afternoon of Thursday, September 4, 2025, multiple customers informed us about receiving suspicious emails, which led us to conduct an internal investigation. This confirmed that some customers who made reservations through our website received messages sent via the reservation platform’s email function.

These messages read in part, “Reservation Confirmation: Please complete a simple verification process within the next 12 hours. If verification is not completed within this period, your reservation may be automatically canceled in accordance with our hotel’s reservation policy,” and contained links to phishing websites.

Additionally, we cannot rule out the possibility that customer personal information stored in the management system may have been accessed by a third party.

We have confirmed that no similar breaches have occurred at other facilities operated by our company.

We immediately suspended new bookings through our website as we continue to investigate the cause of the unauthorized access.

2. Request to our customers regarding spoofed emails

If you receive a message similar to the one described above, or any suspicious message, please do not click on any URL links or attachments.

We continue to alert customers who have contacted us to prevent them from visiting phishing websites.
